What are the Seki Horse mackerel, and Seki mackerel?

They are kinds of fish, which lives in the offshore of Saganoseki, Oita province. Fishermen from Oita Fisheries Cooperative fish it by single‐hook fishing. As you may already know, this is a top-rated dish, which is more delicious than sea bream and flounder. It almost melts in your mouth and you will never forget its taste.

We use carefully selected ingredients.
The fish shipped alive from the offshore of Saganoseki, Oita province. In order to ensure that they stay in their best condition, a special Ikesu (fish-tank) truck is used to transport it. At the restaurant, the fish are kept in Ikesu where they receive the best treatment. To serve you the best-tasting dish, they are caught from the Ikesu right after your order.
