Taking a rest for New Year holidays is as follows.
 
I usually do business on the daytime of December 30 (I take a rest for the training of New Year's dishes at ※ night)
From December 31 to January 3 New Year holidays
Business normal on January 4　
 
About "a special set meal"
I will take a rest until from Tuesday, December 27 to Monday, January 9.
