I commercialized the taste of our store secret originally.
I stew the self-burning of the sea bream slowly and carefully and it is one of a real restaurant of the heavy taste with high flavor and is soy sauce.
Of sauce, dishes of sashimi soy sauce, the natto when season it, is available widely.

Raw materials name: Soy sauce (domestic production), a fried sea bream, vegetable protein hydrolysate, sugar, dried bonito extract, sesame, kombu/seasoning (amino acids), a caramel pigment, a sweetener (Glycyrrhiza, stevia) (in a part including wheat, a soybean, sesame, the mackerel)

Inner capacity: 250 ml  

The expiration date: It is 300 days from production

A preservation method: I avoid direct rays of the sun and save it in the cool and dark space (I refrigerate the pivot after the opening)
